"Get Ready for the Bumps" is an honest way of looking at the “bumps” [troubles] in life. God allows troubles [and sometimes causes them]. Christ tells us to not be “surprised” when troubles come, and promises that the Holy Spirit will help us through them.

MUSICAL STYLE/SOUND: mid-tempo rock/pop with funky guitars and a sing-along vocal [in the kids’ key!]. This one works great in Kids’ Church, and [as always] Kathleen Biagi’s motions “lift” the song and get the kids pumpin’ their fists and jumping to the beat.
